Return

Please inform us about the return of the goods immediately (no later than within 14 days from the moment of delivery or collection of the goods) by e-mailpagalba@lnm.lt, indicating the order number of your goods and the attachment "Returned goods" in the "Subject" line of the letter. In the letter, indicate the name of the product and briefly describe the reason for returning the product. Quality goods must be returned in exactly the same condition as when you received them - intact, in their original packaging, undamaged and unused. Pack the goods securely (you can use the box in which you received them from our store) and send them by registered mail:

Important: If you return defective goods (e.g. a book with a damaged cover), we will pay the shipping costs. If you return quality goods in their original packaging, the shipping costs are paid by the buyer. As provided by the European Union e- laws governing trade, after receiving the returned goods within 14 days at the latest, we will return the money to the specified account or replace the product with another one. In the event that a transportation fee was applied to your shipment, the delivery costs will not be refunded.
