In the letter, indicate the name of the product and briefly describe the reason for returning the product. Quality goods must be returned in exactly the same condition as when you received them - intact, in their original packaging, undamaged and unused. If you return quality goods in their original packaging, the shipping costs are paid by the buyer. As provided by the European Union e- laws governing trade, after receiving the returned goods within 14 days at the latest, we will return the money to the specified account or replace the product with another one.
